401(k) Maneuver Individual Account Management

Employees, when is the last time you made changes to your 401(k) account? We can manage your individual account and make the necessary changes so that you are in what's working and out of what's not.

401(k) Pooled Employer Plan
(PEP)

A PEP is a retirement plan that allows unrelated businesses to participate in one plan managed by a Pooled Plan Provider (PPP). By participating in the PEP, you will continue to enjoy all of your current benefits without the liability, stress, and administrative challenges.

What a PEP can do for you and your employees? A retirement plan solution that will eliminate your annual audit cost, significantly reduce your fiduciary liability, and remove the daily to-do list from your workday. The days of endless emails, calls, administrative duties, risk, completing 5500’s and audits can all go away.

See what your responsibilities will be with the PEP

Could you or your employees benefit from having your individual 401(k) account actively managed? We have a built-in quarterly active management program if participants choose that optional benefit within our PEP.

All we recommend is if your current plan has over 100 employees or $1.5 million in plan assets or more, take a look at what we offer. We can provide you with a benchmark (at no cost to you) of your current plan vs our 401(k) Maneuver PEP. No plan is too large. We think of it like, having the best house, in the best neighborhood, at the best price. All you have to do is ask to see it, we think you’ll be impressed!

401(k) Multiple Employer Plan
(MEP)

Multiple Employer Plan (MEP): Our 401(k) MEP is designed for smaller businesses (we can analyze your situation to determine if a MEP or PEP is best suited for your business) and for an existing or new business that desires to start a 401(k).

Our MEP is a fully integrated, yet fully customizable retirement plan designed to reduce
employer and personal fiduciary liability. By participating in our MEP, you will continue to enjoy
all of your current benefits without the liability, stress, and administrative challenges.

What a MEP can do for you and your employees? Like our PEP, we see the days of the many

emails, calls, administrative tasks, and risk being significantly reduced while the completing and signing your 5500’s and audits may all go away. In addition, we have our built-in quarterly active management if participants choose our service within our MEP.

The Secure Act 2.0 now provides tax incentives for new 401(k) plans, and new legislation
recently submitted in February is potentially mandating retirement plans for all companies in the
US. Are you prepared if this were to happen?

All we recommend is if your current plan has under 100 employees or $1.5 million in plan assets or
less, take a look at what we offer. We can provide you with a benchmark (at no cost to you) of your current plan vs our 401(k) Maneuver MEP. No plan is too small.

401(k) Maneuver Employer Top Down Plan

Top Down Plan: A great way to get professional account management for all your employees!

Our Top Down Plan just adds a professional account management platform to your employees
existing accounts. We believe that every employee should have the opportunity for professional
account management, not a select few. It is a no cost obligation to your business so doesn’t it
make sense to add it to your current plan?

How does it work? Once enrolled, employee accounts are linked to our secure platform. Then every 90 days a licensed independent fiduciary, who puts employee interests first, will rebalance each account for them. Employees will still have access to their own individual account while knowing that somebody is making the changes for them, just like a financial advisor does for their IRAs and other investments.

Research shows that participants who get help may receive an average of 3.32% return or more
net of the fee (
See https://aon.mediaroom.com/news-releases?item=136959 for more information.). In addition, the fee is taken directly out of the participant’s account. Don’t you think your employees would thank you if they had another $200,000 – $300,000 or more in their 401(k)retirement account at the time they retire?

How does it work? Once enrolled, your account is linked to our secure platform. Every 90 days a licensed independent fiduciary will rebalance your account for you. You will continue to have access to your individual account knowing that someone is making the changes for you just like a financial advisor does for one’s IRAs and other investments.
